I spend time really getting to know my guests and what is most important to them about planning a cruise. No detail is too small, and communicating with them throughout their planning, until they return from their trip is very important in building trust in me as their one and only choice for vacation planning. In my spare time I love to travel, my favorite cruise so far has been my trips to Alaska, but I always say my favorite cruise is the one I haven’t taken yet.

So what does a CVP do?

I have the best job - helping people relax and reconnect on a cruise vacation. It involves more than just booking your voyage. I handle, well, all this (and more!):

  • accessing the best rates and latest schedules
  • booking flights, transportation, hotels
  • being your go-to person from booking until you sail
  • planning for a group of any size
  • making special arrangements for celebrations
  • checking in after your cruise and planning the next one
  • keeping you in the know on all things Princess
